We ship all items within 48 business hours of purchase Monday through Friday. We ship priority mail - (US and Canada) with delivery confirmation - via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do our best to have minimal impact on our environment by using post-industrial scraps (i.e., seatbelts and upholstery and fabric remnants), all of which would be destined for the landfill. We also recycle paper and reuse shipping and packaging products whenever possible.

Any information submitted to à la mode will not be sold or released to a third party. Information collected is for the sole purpose of processing your order or communication with you.

Custom orders generally take 2-3 weeks to produce. From date of purchase, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery upon completion. Please note that this time may vary based on work load volumne.
